Select Send... command
Then a dialog will prompt you to enter the recipient's number.

Background about the Ringtone file for Nokia:
Ringtones are usually in .txt format (in RTTTL format). You can load these into a mPhone folder using ActiveSync, after changing the file extension to .rt (otherwise the Ringtone may not play correctly). Some Ringtones are in MIDI format. For this format, just copy the MIDI files to your Pocket PC, and mPhone will work with them.
